What to Plant? (cozasadit.cz) is a web application providing a seasonal gardening calendar, weather forecasts, a garden diary, community tips, and weekly email recommendations for gardeners.

The service is available in two tiers:

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is completed by providing an email address and confirming via a verification link. The user sets their password on first login.

Users are required to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials secure.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are currently allocated manually by the operator. A payment gateway will be introduced at a later date.

Once the payment gateway is active, these Terms will be updated to include payment and cancellation conditions.

5. User Rights and Obligations

• Users must not use the service to distribute inappropriate content.
• Community tips must not contain spam, advertising or offensive material.
• The operator reserves the right to delete content that violates these Terms and to disable user accounts.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The recommendations provided by the application (planting calendar, tips, frost alerts) are for informational purposes only. The operator is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of these recommendations.

Weather data is sourced from Open-Meteo. The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of this data.

7. Account Cancellation

Users may cancel their account at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email from the service. This will result in permanent deletion of the account and all associated data.

8. Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
